This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Berrien County Court Docket is privately operated. It cannot retrieve a docket, alter a case, reset a hearing, remove a record, issue a certified copy, or provide case-specific legal advice. Those requests belong with the responsible Berrien court or clerk.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the case type and issuing court to choose the first contact in Berrien County:
- A Superior docket or case: start with the Georgia Courts E-Access directory and PeachCourt, or ask the Clerk of Superior Court.
- A date or setting: review the Alapaha Judicial Circuit calendar, then confirm a near-term setting with the clerk or circuit office.
- A certified copy: request it from the custodian, including the Clerk of Superior Court or the separate Probate or Magistrate office when appropriate.
- A Magistrate matter: contact Berrien County Magistrate Court for small civil claims, dispossessory cases, warrants, and first appearances.
- A Probate matter: contact Probate Court for estates, guardianships, and conservatorships; its office does not handle traffic.
